We will soon be moving into our new house and it's a 150X50 sized lot, big back yard, lots of trees and duh!-lots of grass too. Call me crazy or maybe you can just call me "Green" and no not a martian-ee chick but rather environmentally green. Anywhoo, I am considering on purchasing a Reel Mower (human-powered push mower) and ditch our old gas-chugging, stinky, heavy, polluting mower in hopes of maybe helping our little earth stay greener for just a little longer. Give it a whirl and do your part! This mower will help you burn calories, fertilize your lawn with the clippings, reduce harmful emissions and will make you feel nice that you have helped the environment.
